What is the minimum order charge?
$200+gst is our current minimum charge for all non-account customers, this is to cover our internal costs—such as programming and the general set-up of the required machinery.
What is the thickest material you can cut?
Can I supply my own material?
Absolutely. We can certainly issue you a quote just for the cutting process. Please tell our estimators you’ll be supplying your own materials during the initial conversations and we’ll adjust the quote accordingly. Please note, sheet quality and conditions apply.
Do you fold parts?
Yes, we have four CNC controlled brake press machines and can fold parts up to 12mm in thickness, depending on design and length.
Do you offer delivery?
We frequently deliver to the greater Brisbane region including, Ipswich and other points around South East Queensland and northern New South Wales. We can arrange transportation with a courier or a third-party transport company of your choosing.
What is the maximum size part you can cut?
Our laser beds and sheets used are 3 metres (3,000mm) long by 1.5 metres (1,500mm) wide, supplier sheets are not always perfectly square, it is best practice to keep the component size at least 5mm inside sheet edges.
What is your lead time?
Generally, our lead time is 7 days but, this depends on whether the the job is pressed and/or if we have the materials in stock. Our estimators will present estimated deadlines as part of the quote process. Historically, we often beat the industry averages for production cycles.
