Quality, precision & Expertise
Expert metal processing services, including laser cutting, metal folding and edge rounding, using state-of-the-art technologies and decades of experience to deliver precise and efficient solutions.
Acute Laser operates high-end laser cutting machines using Trumpf laser technology.
Trumpf laser technology is our top choice for metal cutting due to its unmatched performance, widespread recognition, and track record of success in the industry.
Trumpf CO2 and Fibre Lasers
The Trumpf L3050 CO2 laser and L5030 fibre laser are both industrial laser-cutting machines manufactured by Trumpf, a German company that specializes in laser technology.
The L3050 CO2 laser uses a gas laser to cut thicker materials at high cutting speed while the L5030 fibre laser uses a fibre-optic laser to cut ideally thin material at high speed and accuracy.
Trumpf L3050 CO2 laser and L5030 fiber laser
Acute Laser operates three state-of-the-art Trumpf machines: those include our L3050 Co2 and L5030 and our brand new 6KW Trumpf L5030 fibre-cutting machine with automated sheet loading capabilities.
All can accommodate a range of mild steels, aluminium, stainless steels, brass, bisalloy, copper and zinc coated sheets up to 25mm in thickness.
All machines have automated cutting facilities to improve efficiency and reduce overall costs of operation. Trulaser 5030 for thin metal, plus Trumpf L3050 Co2 which both accommodate aluminium, mild steels, stainless steels, bisalloy and zinc coated sheets.

CAD 2D and 3D
Our programmers apply their industry experience and use the very best in CAD 2D and 3D software to deliver our Design Harmonisation Methodology. This ensures that potential differences between design and implementation are ironed out before parts are produced. Our CAD design professionals are highly experienced and bring ‘real world’ industry expertise across a wide range of industries to every project.
LVD Easy Form
Our state-of-the-art LVD presses analyse each metal sheet and considers the thickness and direction of the metal grain before adapting their instrumentation to the most precise bending requirements. This tailored bending system uses laser technology to self-correct as the metal is being bent. The technology is so precise, we measure tolerances down to the millimetre.
LISSMAC
The Lissmac machine is able to clean laser cut parts very effectively . It uses a two-stage cleaning system. Stage one, it deslags the parts and then stage two with sanding belts and sanding pads that smooth the edges of the part. The LISSMAC Machine makes cleaning up a lot faster and simpler for painting, processing, and welding.
Lissmac
This machine is able to clean a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. It has a user-friendly interface and can be easily operated by one person, saving time and reducing labor costs.
The Lissmac machine also offers consistent results, ensuring that each part is cleaned to the same quality every time. This makes it an ideal choice for high-volume production facilities where consistency and efficiency are key.
Overall, the Lissmac machine is a reliable and efficient solution for cleaning laser cut parts, making it an essential tool for manufacturing or metalworking.
