Services
The Tube Laser machine can cut a range of different materials including galvanised mild steel tube, painted mild steel tube, standard mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel. The solid state laser and high quality cutting data means we can produce high-quality cuts every time. A unique feature of the Trumph Trulaser 3000 is the added benefit of an internal anti-splatter system to reduce the splatter on the inside of the tube.
Utilizing 5 axis cutting and advanced material detection technology we can bevel tube and pipe to 45 degrees. The material detection technology can find the seam on the tube and compensate to match program parameters.
